In our Machining and Technology Production Facility, Aurora Micro Machine uses SARIX micro-erosion equipment to enable us to produce perfect-round micro-holes from .0008" to .080" as well as shaped holes.

Depths from small size 5-10 times diameter to large size 100+ times diameter can be custom produced or full-scale production line machined in quantities from one to hundreds of thousands.

Standard or exotic materials and configurations are no problem, and can be machined to tolerances of +/– .0001" in size and location.
